Unlike most of the businesses in Ohio who have been fettered by an illegal and unconstitutional Smoking Ban, I can still choose the clientele that I cater to and market to. I am a mobile business. I play in my client's venue.

All Ohio businesses with brick & mortar locations, due to a vocal minority of less than 32% of Ohio's voters, NO LONGER HAVE THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to use their own PRIVATE property in any legal manner that they see fit. The U.S. Supreme Court decision Lloyd Corp v. Tanner upheld that a place of business does not become public property just because the public is invited in.

I on the other hand can still cater to the clientele that I CHOOSE. I choose to cater to clients and businesses that refuse to knuckle under to this ridiculous, unconstitutional Smoking Ban.

As of June 1st, 2007, there will be a surcharge of $200 to play in any venue where the guests cannot smoke indoors. My contract has been changed to reflect this.

The surcharge is $400 on holidays or for special events.
